Can i get my website listed in Google?

Certainly, once you create your site, simply post your URL to Google’s free site submission page. Note: It may take a few days to a few weeks to get listed.

How do I cancel and delete my account?

You can cancel or close your website and account at any time. To do so, login to ITMerri with your email/password combination. Your sites will be listed on your Clientarea -> Services. Click the “Request Cancellation” link to Cancel a website. If you are logging in with a username/password combination, then login, and click on the “Product Options” link. You will find a Reauest Canellation link at the bottom right of the Product Options.

How do I access my Dedicated Server?

There are several ways to access your server:
  • SSH - you can access your server through any SSH client using the root credentials we provide to you
  • cPanel - if you have chosen to purchase cPanel from us, you can access and manage your server through the cPanel/WHM control panel
  • Dedicated Server Control Panel - you can also perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel, which comes bundled with every server

Can I expand the storage on my server?

Yes you can. You can purchase additional storage on our Shared Storage Device. This will be instantly attached to your server as a disk, at which point you can format it and mount it. We offer various options, starting from 50GB all the way to 500GB.

What kind of Hard Drives do you provide with each server?

All our servers come with a pair of 1TB 7200 RPM SATA drives in RAID 1. RAID 1 means that each hard drive is a mirror of the other, ensuring that if one drive fails, there is a copy of your data in the other drive.

What is the speed of the network port/uplink on my server?

We allow speeds of up to 1Gbps on each server’s network port.

What kind of hardware do you use?

We use only the best - SuperMicro blade servers, Intel Xeon processors, DDR3 RAM and 7200RPM SATA drives. Our blade servers consume very little power and help us pass our cost savings to you.

How long will it take for my server to be ready for use?

Our proprietary provisioning system gets your server ready in minutes, ensuring that you get access to your server instantly.

What level of access do I get with my Dedicated Server?

You get root access, which means you have full administrative control of your server. You may choose to install any software you need on your server, and can manage every aspect of your server.

Do you offer support?

Yes we do. We offer two levels of support : Core-Managed and Fully Managed. Every server comes with Core-Managed support, and if you have chosen to purchase cPanel through us, we offer Fully Managed support.

Do you offer any billing panels?

Yes, we offer WHMCS as a billing panel for your dedicated server. You can purchase the license from us for a significantly lower cost, and then install it on your dedicated server.

Which control panels do you support?

We support cPanel/WHM, which, if you purchase it through us, will get automatically installed on your server, and will be ready in minutes. Not only do you save in licensing costs, but you don’t have the headache of installing cPanel - we take care of it for you!

I've changed my domain name servers over, and my site is not coming up. How come?

Once you have changed the nameservers for your domain name, it takes anywhere from 24-72 hours for your domain name to fully propagate over to our servers. If you experience any other problems with your domain, please contact support.

I already have a domain name. How do I point it to my new account?

In order to point your domain at our servers, you should contact (via phone or their website) the company who sold you the domain and ask them to modify the nameservers to reflect the following information: You will see NAMESERVERS in welcome Email.

Do you allow telnet / SSH access?

Yes. SSH access is available on all of our hosting services, including: Business Class, VPS, Reseller, and Dedicated Servers.

Do you allow adult content on your servers?

We do not allow adult content. This is described as pornographic material. We do allow certain types of artistic material. Please contact support if you have further questions.

Can I use your web hosting services if I own a Macintosh Computer?

Yes. You can use your favorite Macintosh-compatible Web-authoring tool and use an FTP application to make your changes.

Do you backup my website?

We perform backups of all websites under 10Gb. There are additional backup options for websites over 10g, available upon request.

Do you monitor your servers?

Yes. Administrators monitor our servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What kind of servers do you use?

All of our servers are 100% Dell PowerEdge servers with CentOS operating systems. Depending on the primary function, the machines will have between 16-96GB, 4 to 40 processors, and 6-35 hard drives.

What are your hours of Technical Support?

Phone, email, and chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How will you invoice me?

All accounts renew automatically. For customers paying by check or who request notice before billing, invoices are sent via email.

When I upgrade, do I have to pay a setup fee again?

No. Setup fees (which are waived on all year long sign-ups) are no fees.

Can I upgrade my hosting plan at a later stage?

Yes. All accounts can be upgraded. Upgrades will happen the same business day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and PayPal and BitCoin. We accept cash If you live in Morocco.

How long will it take to set up my account?

Your account will be activated the very same business day.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. We will not charge you for anything without your prior consent.

Do you offer a Money Back guarantee?

We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on Business Class plans. If you are not satisfied with our service in any way, we will refund all hosting charges, no questions asked. There is no refund for domain names, as you are given full ownership of the domain name for the year. You may transfer your domain name away at that time.
